Patient reviews at Central Triad Retina, P.A.
It’s Friday morning and I just had the best experience! All of my pre-exam vision, pressure checks, numbing and dilation were done by Ms. Kiara. She was truly a delight at making me feel comfortable and at ease. Her personality was friendly and professional. She was very thorough and I enjoyed meeting her today. I’m waiting to see Dr. K and just wanted to do my review during this pause in my visit.
The staff, doctor and facility are fine. The patient load is too high as the wait times once at the appointment are consistently way too long. I do not recommend unless you enjoy hanging out for several hours.
We were referred here for our son, when his eye doctor thought he might have an operculated hole in his eye. I'll be honest, the wait was LONG. Our appointment was at 2:30 and were seen after 5:00. We were tempted to leave but knew it was important for our son to be seen. However, once we saw the doctor, we understood why it took so long. The doctor takes his time with each and every patient. He does not rush, is incredibly thorough, takes the time to answer questions. It was hard to be frustrated with the wait when we understood that patient care truly is priority #1 with this practice. I was told, when checking out, that morning appointments are normally quicker (so keep that in mind when you schedule).
