The clinic owner downloads the app first, sets up the clinic channel, then invites the team.

Download the app
Install True Collective on your phone, or open it on the web. Sign in with the email you use for the provider portal.
Step 2
Join the public Collective
You land in the network channels first. Watch a segment, then continue a narrative with your own take.
Step 3
Create your clinic channel
Tap + and start a private channel named for your clinic. Record a first segment: how you want your team to use it.
Step 4
Invite your team
Send the invite from the provider portal. Teammates download the app, join your channel and start adding segments.
