I’ve been seeing Jordan at Max Aesthetics for about a month now. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and came highly recommended. I am a PCOS girlie, and trying to find someone who specializes in hormonal hair is incredibly difficult. Jordan is well versed in hair removal, and makes the experience so comfortable. I’ve also recently started seeing Jordan for facials. She is extremely thorough, and explains everything in great detail. I am so excited to continue getting treatments done with her, and seeing how radiant my skin is afterwards! I cannot recommend another med spa enough. If you’re looking for a reason to stop in, let this be your sign! You will be welcomed with bright smiling faces and great energy.

I cannot rave about Jordan enough! The results are always amazing. She truly listens to what you’re looking for and somehow manages to deliver exactly that. One of the things I love most is that she’s honest, knowledgeable, and works within your goals and budget. You can literally walk in and say, “I have this much money—help me look and feel my best,” and she’ll make a plan that gets you the most impact possible. And her facials? Absolutely incredible. They’re more than just a facial—they’re an experience. The relaxing sounds, calming lighting, different textures and techniques she uses, and the fact that she never rushes through an appointment make it feel like pure self-care. She genuinely cares about her clients and the results they’re hoping to achieve. Beyond being exceptionally talented at what she does, Jordan is also just an amazing person. She’s fun to talk to, easy to be around, and makes every appointment enjoyable. You can tell she pours her heart into her business and truly wants her clients to leave feeling confident and cared for. If you’re considering booking with Jordan, do it. You won’t regret it.

I had my first microneedling session with Jordan today and couldn't be happier with my experience. At 33, my goal is simply preventative maintenance, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. What really stood out to me was how well she explained everything. She was able to break down how each treatment works, explain the pros and cons, and answer all of my questions in a way that actually made sense. You can tell she's passionate about what she does and stays up to date on the science behind the treatments she offers. I saw another review that she is a nerd, and I agree in the best way possible! Most importantly, she was honest. I mentioned Botox, and her response was, "You don't need it!" That was really refreshing. It would be easy to recommend extra treatments, but she genuinely seemed focused on what was best for me, not on making a sale. We also talked about microneedling versus CoolPeel. She explained that two microneedling treatments per year cost about the same as one CoolPeel treatment per year. She could have easily told me I needed CoolPeel twice a year or pushed me toward more treatments, but she didn't. Instead, she took the time to discuss my goals and help me figure out what made the most sense for me. At no point did I feel pressured into anything. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about her clients, I highly recommend Jordan.
