I had my earlobe repaired from it splitting. I couldn't wear regular earrings, only the painful clip-on earrings. The entire process from scheduling, the procedure itself and recovery was a breeze. The staff and the doctor were remarkably and provided outstanding service. As my ear heals, I'm shopping now for my special earrings once I return to have the doctor repierce my split earlobe. My eye doctor referred me to Morgenstern's office for a consultation. The staff was very professional and courteous. The check in process was straightforward with a combination of on-line and in office questionnaires and waivers. Dr Morganstern who I saw explained my issue and offered several options. What a nice experience I had at Morgenstern Medical. I needed an ocular surgeon to put me back together after an upcoming Mohs procedure that is right next to my eye. The office is very nice and has a nice calming feel to it. The staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Morgenstern made me feel right at home. He listened to everything I said and then went into detail about what would be done. He took away any fears I had and I am actually looking forward to the procedure and feel very lucky that we found him.
