Your details go to the True team and, if you chose a location, to that clinic. Someone reaches out, usually within one business day, by text, call or email. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Every True Provider is independently owned and operated. Treatment plans, pricing and eligibility are set by the licensed clinician treating the patient.
