Membership covers one person. It is tied to your clinical record at the practice treating you, so it cannot be shared or transferred to someone else.
Anyone else who wants to join can enrol at the same location.
Every True Provider is independently owned and operated. Treatment plans, pricing and eligibility are set by the licensed clinician treating the patient.
