Open your pass in your account and show the QR code, or read out the member number on your card. The front desk checks you in from the provider portal.
Your member number is de-identified and contains no personal information. You can rotate your check-in code at any time from your account.
Every True Provider is independently owned and operated. Treatment plans, pricing and eligibility are set by the licensed clinician treating the patient.
