How do I cancel?

After the initial six-month term, you can cancel with 30 days' written notice to your True Provider. Without notice, your membership auto-renews for another six-month term.

Every True Provider is independently owned and operated. Treatment plans, pricing and eligibility are set by the licensed clinician treating the patient.
