Using another location

Your membership stays with the True Provider that enrolled you for the six-month initial term. After that you may cancel and select another TrueTox Certified location. If you move outside the network, your provider can approve an early cancellation.

Every True Provider is independently owned and operated. Treatment plans, pricing and eligibility are set by the licensed clinician treating the patient.
