About April
April Morris, FNP-BC, founded Momentum Health & Wellness in Arlington and is a True Provider there. She has more than two decades in healthcare spanning primary care, emergency medicine, internal medicine and medical aesthetics, and earned her Master of Science in Nursing and post-master's in family practice from UT Arlington. She built Momentum as a membership practice so care stays personal and accessible for busy families. A lifelong DFW resident, she treats the aesthetic side of the practice the way she treats the rest of it, as a plan rather than a one-off.

Honestly I can't say enough good things about April and her team here. I make the 30 min drive willingly out of my way in order to be seen at this office. The environment is calm and friendly, and they treat you like a friend they've known forever from the very first visit. April is so easy to talk to about health and wellness issues alike. She's a wealth of information, and she doesn't gatekeep! Very talented with aesthetics AND an amazing NP as well for women's health. I feel really lucky to have become a patient here - i moved to TX from WA a year ago and finding good women-centered care has been a challenge. April listens without any judgement, and makes sure you feel comfortable from start to finish. (I am pretty sure I voluntarily flashed her on my second visit because I felt at ease enough to show her my breast reduction scars as we talked about routine screenings and etc. LOL) She does it all, and the best part is that there is ZERO hassle. Highly recommend!!
