About Elissa
Elissa Palmquist, RN, BSN, is the founder of Enlighten Aesthetics and a True Provider in Lafayette. A Denver native, she spent more than a decade as a nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Colorado Children's Hospital, work that shaped her meticulous eye, gentle technique and commitment to safety. After completing advanced injectables training and a competitive fellowship, she brought that same precision to aesthetic medicine, with an approach built around subtle, natural-looking work that respects each patient's features. I had been looking for a place like Enlighten Aesthetics for such a long time. I drive all the way from Denver to see them, and I happily do it after so many disappointments with other places around. They were recommended to me by a friend, and I am so thankful for that. I don’t think most people realize how many uneducated “professionals” are out there. I have tried so many clinics and have lost so much money. I have been pushed into doing way too many things that gave me zero results, or results that were completely different from what I was promised. Elissa is the type of professional who truly masters her field. She will sit down with you, set realistic expectations, and answer your questions without rushing you or making you feel bad for asking. She takes care of you in a way that brings your natural beauty to its best potential. I am so happy I found her because, after so many disappointments, I just needed someone I could fully trust… someone who would respect my money and genuinely take good care of me. Meghan is also amazing and has been a lifesaver. She is very considerate and will only recommend what she truly believes will work and make a difference. She is knowledgeable, skilled, kind, and so pleasant to talk to. I truly cannot recommend Enlighten Aesthetics enough. They are, without a doubt, the most trustworthy clinic around.
