About Jill
Jill Girany, MSN, FNP-C, founded AgeLess Medical in 2018 and serves as its owner, medical director and lead injector. She has practiced nursing since 2003 and has spent more than a decade in aesthetic medicine, with over 500 hours of specialized training in injection technique, facial anatomy and complication management. In 2022 she was named a national trainer by the Allergan Medical Institute. Her work centers on facial balance and harmonization, and on treatment plans built to hold up over years rather than a single visit.
